100,000 tons of American diplomacy, looks like on sea trials minus its air wing, proving it can haul ass. When these things put the pedal to the metal they can spout a rooster tail way higher than the deck. They leave their support ships (destroyers, cruisers, supply, etc,) in the dust, er, mist, when they do this. Their top speed is officially 35 mph (30 knots), which isn't all that fast. If you believe the official speed I have a bridge I'd be willing to sell you cheap.

Yea thats the true on the top speed... maybe top "normal" operating speed don't they they have 2 nuclear reactors on them? I don't keep up with the navy anymore
i got off the uss constelation cv-64 back in 2004 and as far as i know the top speed of it was 35 + knots but it was not a nuke powered ship so i bet that nukes can go a lot faster
30 - 35 knots is about it, I was on an older carrier USS Midway. The Nukes weren't that much faster, but they could do it for a lot longer, oh shit sounds like my love life never mind I'll be quiet now.
Always bring enough gun, more than enough is also acceptable!
