Native American design combined with a rugged and practical Soligen Stainless Steel Blade. Eagle head carved from a wart hog tusk.
Seeing this carving from a wart hog tusk makes me wonder if anyone has ever tried carving anything from the tusks of a big hog like we have here in the US? Many years ago my dad & I helped an old farmer take the tusks out of a huge boar he kept for breeding. The boar was so bad tempered & dangerous that he had to de-tusk it or kill it. The tusks were really huge. the old guy kept them after we were done, but I never heard that he did anything with them.
