Any idea who paid for it brother.. Just checked to make sure that was where i thought it was.. Yep.. i was born like 20 miles or so away.. In Longview.. Mom and Pop were great people, but not all that original.. ah...Greg County, Greg County Hospital.. Sorta makes ya think.. Glad i wasn't born down in Carthage huh..

Least im guessing thats the one your talking about... They have held a big one for ever down threre thats world famious.. Lived there from 77 till 92.. Never went to it, but i think i was one of like only 30 people in the City who didn't.. Great town, promise you will love it..
that 'not' eating is done when you want to cleanse. You eat to optimize,, so if you want to lose weight,, eat to live don't live to eat,, but,, if you are trying to improve health,, eat ,, just eat right for your blood type aye. Other wise you are going to hurt something.
of it for the kids and I. We have never seen the Grand before either. Would like to travel before all our roads are communist bloc ya kno.
Back when my back was ok i did a lot of hiking, and its everything you imagine.. The only problem is the creeping gov take over.. Even back 15 years ago.. You had to get a permit to back pack in the canyon.. I never did.. stupid, and the idea made me furious.. Sorta like seat belts... I know this is a tad less than smart.. But always wore them till they passed the "seat belt law"... You HAVE to wear them.. ah..nope i don't HAVE to do a damn thing cept die, and sorta hoping that's not for awhile..
I had a buddy just set a Guinness Book of world records by walking backwards down and back up the Canyon. This was not long after he walked backwards across the USA. But I'm tired (and willin' to bet money) that looking at pictures isn't the same as looking right at it. I noted that when I went to the Badlands a few years back.
I love this sign...now, if only someone would put up the Bush-Miss me yet sign across from the Obama one above that would be classic.
I wonder who commissioned the sign, Republican party?
An interesting letter in the Australian Shooter Magazine this week, which I quote: "If you consider that there has been an average of 160,000 troops in the Iraq theater of operations during the past 22 months, and a total of 2112 deaths, that gives a firearm death rate of 60 per 100,000 soldiers.
The firearm death rate in Washington , DC is 80.6 per 100,000 for the same period. That means you are about 25 per cent more likely to be shot and killed in the US capital, which has some of the strictest gun control laws in the US , than you are in Iraq.
Conclusion: "The US should pull out of Washington ."
