It's a cute story though. My boys will get a laugh out of it too. BTW, how bout them Cowboys last night! You should have been at our house. My boys were whooping and hollering and raising the roof though most of the game. They like to act as commentators and see if they can do a better job that whoever is doing it on tv. It's really quite funny and they're a couple funny guys when they do that game commentator routine of theirs.
I hope you had a great weekend too. Oh and by the way, Gary kun beat my son Ryu in the finals yesterday of the tournament. Gary won the overall championship in a virtual walkaway, having shot perfect scores in all four rounds. My son Ryu shot with his heart in the semi final and final rounds on Saturday and Sunday, but Gary was already so far out in front from the prelim rounds, where my son did not do so well, that it was just impossible for Ryu to catch him. They did go 1 and 2 however, with my youngest boy coming in second place. This is only the 5th time in over a hundred tournaments that Gary has ever beaten my son, but it's interesting to note that this is the second time in two months that he's done this. It seems his skills are improving at a more rapid pace than before. My son, as always, was very good natured about it and shook hands and congratulated Gary after the win, like a perfect gentleman. I'm actually proud of them both. Ryo had a great time working the tournament as both one of the judges in the under age 18 categories and also sometimes filling in up in the control tower as the Range Master on Duty.
Your boys have been distracted, Ryu generally beats Gary, so all is well.

The Socialists told us long ago that since they could not beat us with force, that they would destroy us slowly from within. So far it is working pretty well. MOLON LABE
you're right. My boys have been through a lot in the last three months. I'm amazed Ryu kun did as well as he did. He was just way off his game in the prelim rounds and did seem a bit distracted. But this weekend, with the semi finals on Saturday and the final round on Sunday he brought his A game and gave it his all, and I'm very proud of him and Gary too. You're right. Geez I hate what my boys have had to go through. Hopefully as I recuperate, things will ease up on them. Thanks for your words of wisdom.
That was a fun game. It was also fun watching my boys play like they were the game commentators and doing the play by play and to side comentary. They're a lot of fun when they do that.
I hope you got my other message and can meet me in a few minutes on Messenger.
