I dislike Bush for allowing Reagan being made to look a fool over the Iran Contra affair...

Yeltsin was a bigger fool for allowing himself to be pissed on by the Old School Commies instead of being more proactive in getting rid of them before being deposed himself...

Oh no my friend I did not take offense to it. I really dislike politics and my knowledge is very limited on the subject.

However I know very little on the START Treaties. I know there only 4, START I,START II,START III, And last New START which was signed by Obama and Dmitry Medvedev. And from what I have heard all were signed to limit Russia and the U.S. Nuclear Arms.

Just wanted to say...You guys are amazing with the ability to get these answers..I really love the questions you ask...but i keep from scrolling down until i guess myself and then look for what the answer is... it is really great was what i was trying to say without being so windy.
