I can dream, but I guess my HK G3 will have to do for now. I can add a few items to make it as close as possible and in some ways better.
but the Remington 700 will out shoot the PSG1 all the time. State of Indiana Police snipers turned in all of there 700's for the HK PSG1 and after 2 months of using them they traded back to the 700's.
The PSG1 has a longer barrel than that, with no muzzle brake. Wiithout closeups of lower and upper receiver markings its tough tosay 'zackly what it is.
Rifle depicted might be a G3SG1 (mil/LE only), an MSG90 (same), SR9T/TC, HK91 or clone with a PSG1 handgrip/trigger/trigger guard etc. PSG1s were initially issued with a tripod rather than bipod.
The PSG1 was designed specifically for certain bullet weights and for accuracy within a specific range (300yds)...outside of either of these it may not be living up to its full potential.
As i have said many times the PSG-1 is on of my favorite sniper rifles. So I can safely say that this is most likely an SR-9T or a Clone of the PSG-1 as it is NOT a factory PSG-1. I rest my case
I had an SR9TC for a VERY brief time.....sold it when I found out what a rare factory variant that was (only 200 imported I think?). Got good $$ for it but damn I miss it.
