HUGE NEWS! FEDERAL JUDGE Carter sets Trial Date for Obama's Eligibility!!!
The expedited trial has been set for Jan. 26, 2010, just 4 1/2 months
from now!
I and many other concerned veterans and citizens attended the hearing
today in Federal Court in Santa Ana in the lawsuit against Barack
Obama to determine his eligibility to be President and Commander in
Chief.. About 150 people showed up, almost all in support of the
lawsuit to demand that Obama release his birth certificate and other
records that he has hidden from the American people.
Judge David Carter refused to hear Obama's request for dismissal
today, instead setting a hearing date for Oct. 5, 2009 since Obama's
attorneys had just filed the motion on Friday. He indicated there
was almost no chance that this case would be dismissed. Obama is
arguing this lawsuit was filed in the wrong court if you can believe
that. I guess Obama would prefer a "kangaroo court" instead of a
Federal court! Assuming Judge Carter denies Obama's motion for
dismissal, he will likely then order expedited discovery which will
force Obama to release his birth certificate in a timely manner (if
he has one).
The judge, WHO IS A FORMER U.S. MARINE, repeated several times that
this is A VERY SERIOUS CASE which must be resolved quickly so that
the troops know that their Commander in Chief is eligible to hold
that position and issue lawful orders to our military in this time of
war. He basically said OBAMA MUST PROVE HIS ELIGIBILITY to the
court! He said Americans deserve to know the truth about their
President!
The two U.S. Attorneys representing Barack Obama tried everything
they could to sway the judge that this case was frivolous, but Carter
would have none of it and cut them off several times.. Obama's
attorneys left the courtroom after about the 90 minute hearing
looking defeated and nervous.
Great day in America for the U.S. Constitution!!! The truth about
Barack Obama's eligibility will be known fairly soon - Judge Carter
practically guaranteed it!

requirements of the U.S. Constitution.
If the case actually goes to arguments before U.S. District Judge
David Carter, it will be the first time the merits of the dispute
have been argued in open court, according to one of the attorneys
working on the issue.
In a highly anticipated hearing today before Carter, several motions
were heard, including a resolution to long-standing questions about
whether attorney Orly Taitz properly served notice on the defendants,
which she had.

There is some concern about Obama's college records as well. Since he is unwilling to show anything, it is wondered if he received a grant as a foriegn exchange student or some other foriegn resident. If Obama truly was born in the USA then his college records may reflect receiving a grant illegally. There is a reason he is not willing to show anything about himself. We need to find out what that reason is, because this goes a lot deeper than wanting to remain private. It has nothing to do with security for himself as every previous president and candidate has shown the documents asked for. Let's use this court time to look at everything!
After he is proven to be a fraud of one or the other, this needs to be taken further so that it NEVER happens again in our country! If someone refuses to show their birth certificate AND college records, then they don't get to run, period!

Says he has heard the taped documentry that his grandmother did in Kenya attesting to his birth in the village, the grandmother names a couple of midwifes who were also interviewed and also confirmed his birth. Sort of hard to verify if you don't speak the language, and yes the translater could have been using his own dialog, but never the less the grandmother was on record with this so... It is documented that he's keeping 3 law firms in 5 states busy fighting this issue, and will NOT let any of his records be public, that alone is enough to make you question.
The issue to me, and the cause of the O'barry monicur is that he made the change to Barrach Hussine after the age of reason.. This we know, when he was in Indonesia he was listed in the school as Barry, and you can clearly see from published photos that he's young, but no child, and the name change was subsequent to that, so clearly this was a logic choice on his part to change from Barry to Barrach.. This alone should give pause..

He was groomed to be President for a long time and if there was any evidence I am sure it is buried so deep, destroyed or whatever that we will never know. However, his college records are another story and while I feel there is no evidence there on his citizenship, I am guessing that his political philosphy, understanding and love of communism/socialism IS very evident in his college work. That is why I believe those records are sealed. I am still amazed that people actually voted for someone like this:
1. No real idea if he is a US citizen/doesn't care to show any proof
2. Muslim name
3. AT least lived in a Muslim country for a period of time
4. Born to radical parents

Furthermore, he has actually attempted to keep most of the campaign promises that got him elected. I doubt he will be asked to resign.
There is talk of getting rid of his chief of staff, but for the most part the biggest issue is that no one is cooperating with him in the senate (Dem or Rep).

The document posted was a 'certificate that a certificate exists'--not the actual birh certificate. The actual 'birth certificate' that you used to get from a state was a photocopy of the original. As states 'computerized' their records they switched to this alternative form of certificate. The ORIGINAL certificate that was posted on Obama's web site prior to the election was an actual photocopy of 'a' birth certificate, likely that of his half sister that had been doctored to look like it was from his own birth. That was removed from his web site some time ago.
There have been a couple of African 'birth certificates' that surfaced suggesting he was born in Kenya. Whether these were fake or real has yet to be ascertained.

Most of his problems have been with the Senate and not the house. Either way, I think we agree that there is a deadlock there.
I personally think most of his promices were totally reasonable, but I will stop there on that score.
As for college records, I have no clue if they were sealed. If they were sealed, I have no clue why. Not sure how his college records are an issue in the equation anyway. They are not something that could qualify or disqualify him.
As for a doctored birth certificate, if it was indeed a fake presented, and it was already proven, that would have been a show stoper regardless before the election ever started. Presenting a fake birth certificate is a felony (I believe. I am not a lawyer, I could be wrong. If someone corrects me on that score, then I will stand corrected).
It is my personal opinion that Obama and McCain both would be fine presidents. The candidates that stepped forward this last election cycle, even at the primaries, were all outstanding Americans. I also accept that everyone is alowed to have their own views. :)
