The scum in this picture is 37 year old Jason Michael Fedele. He is is my ex-wife's husband and a wanted fugitive. He was indicited by a Mineral County WV Grand Jury in January 2009 on 2 counts of sexual assault and 2 counts of incest. I know this to be true because his victim is my daughter. She had just turned 17, 2 months before this bastard got her and had his way. This is just the highlights of the story but if you can help put this man behind bars I would be forever grateful. He has been recently seen in eastern Ohio and Pennsylvania near Pittsburg where he is from. If anyone spots this man contact me or Sgt. Droppleman of the WV State Police @ 304-788-1101. Thank you.

You and your daughter have my deepest sympathy. I hope that Fedele is soon either apprehended or killed resisting arrest, so that he can pay for such a heinous crime. I despise such people, & consider no punishment too horrible for them.
