that is for damn sure!!!!!
The good general is a poor judge of character and got bit by the dog he petted.
did not know that.
not too bright, huh?
How's it going bro? All quiet in Cottonwood Hts I hope.
it's about time as the weather has been real strange this year. I guess that if he voted for the monkey, he kinda got what he deserved.
Been getting lots of work done, feels good to be ahead of the curve for a change LOL!
I even get to shoot a little more often!
were house sitting for the youngest down in the valley.. HOT .. but least have a pool.. She was sweet enough to stock up on beer for the old man as well, so no complaints.. .
Gentleman..good morning to all.. Did you all watch the big "presentation" by O last hour.. To funny .. were not going to play politics.. BUT.. oh yeah forgot if this doesn't pass its all the Republicans fault.. Oh yeah and forgot this line.. It's the will (immigration amnesty) of the American people.. gosh i didn't know that one..
no man-cave yet, I've run too low on $$ to spend on luxuries so I'm still computing at the kitchen counter ;<( Put the finishing touches on the Gentry rental so it's ready but the realtor has begun with the excuses already, humm.
LIBERAL American people maybe!
We've never seen prices as low as they are right now. Ivan Tank (Bud) has his business for sale, and is planing a move to AZ.. Told him if he's lucky enough to find a buyer he can get a "steal" on home prices now.. We decided not to move back down to the valley when we discovered what homes were selling for..
A lot of this is specific to the area, and might not be true in places other than AZ, NV etc.. Sorta hard when homes are going for less than half of prior mkt value.. In some cases one third of old value.
Were REAL familiar with a horse property across the street from us.. 5 ac total.. home and barn on 3.. other 2 nice horse pasture.. Log home.. beautiful.. sold for 537K.. (no greg and Gloria do NOT live in a half mil home).. This property was bought by a great couple that retired (both as managers) and couldn't sell thier home in Goodyear (that they had owned for 30 years) now being "offered" for 183K..
This is one antidote, but weve seen dozens of similar cases, finally decided to skip trying to sell and just be happy were not upside down in our home..
foreclosures for sale but mine is a rental and the rental market is very good.
The realtor is my rental agent. Here is what got me. She said "...if it were in Siloam Springs it would have been rented already and if it does not rent soon we can lower the rent." I asked how many times it has been shown, she said "once". It's not the price is too high, it's a low visibility problem. I'm going to her office in a few minutes to review her advertising and give her some pointers.
The more your involved, the more she's involved.. good luck buddy..
