if you havent heard SSI is broke, they have now admitted that what ever comes in is going straight out there is no war chest as they clamed there was. All we have to look forward to right now is I get to keep paying in with a snow ball chance in hell of ever collecting a dime. I have a idea how about we don't pay it out to people who have never contributed a penny into the system.

The top 1% pay over a third of the taxes.
The top 50% pay about 96% of the taxes.
The bottom 50% pay a little over 3% of the taxes with 43 million returns paying NOTHING at all.

And a bit tired of them being beat up on... were (wife and i) are not in that segment of society, but lets face it, this is the group that supports the majority of gov projects due to thier tax bracket.. and more importantly paying thier tax.. heard today that thier are like 700 tax cheats on the hill that owe the gov, and aren't doing anything to try to make paymenst... pretty simple to me... your outa thier ...
