ps...I have been to Thailand 56 times, PI 20, China 4, Korea (lived there 4 years), Japan-2, Indonesia-1, Malaysia-1, Vietnam-3, Cambodia-1, Laos-1...never saw one lady boy and all the girls were at least 18, according to their ID.

you should have edited that comment runaway! Of course, I was joking, they are all over the place now, especially in Bangkok and Pattaya...they are totally accepted into everyday life now. The one person probably most responsible for widespread acceptance was the male Muay Thai Champion who decided to become a woman! Interesting story, even if you totally disagree with the whole ladyboy thing...but an interesting story nonetheless. Currently she/he is now fighting as a woman.
