It looks like a 40 Ford Standard or a 39 Ford Deluxe Pickup. The shift linkage controls and automatic transmission. It has 6 straight stacks out of the passenger side. Either a straight six or a V12. I love the aluminum bombers seats. They are making these seats again. Paint job is like the Chenaults's Flying Tigers.

Wife found the pictures and she said it was only 2 photo's from a car show and they have nothing about what year the car or truck was. Sorry I can't help you more with this. Yes, I knew the paint job was from the nose of the Flying Tigers.
