a SPR IWI Galil that is like some of these rifles, unique and design like fingerprint for one sniper to use. They do make these. It is not a standard IWI Galil Sniper Rifle, but it does have the look and feel of one of these special built Galils, just not sure.

That rifle is a Parker Hale M85, as distinguished by the M240-looking front sight assembly and the bipod attachment point. I'm pretty sure these guys are Brits, probably in southern Iraq
