It Is BBQ Season Again!

It Is BBQ Season Again!

Some of you here are aware of my BBQ recipes that I have posted on here and another site. This is a picture of my new smoker/grill I just built using a 55 gallon drum and a 35 gallon drum cut down for the fire box with expanded metal grills.I put the smoke stack on at an odd angle so that the grease and moisture will drain out so this bad boy will last me many moons or until I build a bigger and better one. I used the wheels off of my daughter's Power Wheels jeep so that I can roll this thing around in my yard or in deep sand at the beach. Terrain is not an issue!

the kingsford bricketts. I took a stab at a turkey roll (kinda like a giant meatloaf,,, damn I was a bit out of practice) damn things was a bit big,,, over 3 pounds,,, but crap ass it ended up taking me 3 1/2 hours to get it all cooked,, but finally,,,, walla.

I'm still eatin' on it. Good stuff. Honey mustard, sweet and sour, McCormicks, eggs and some whatever else.

It will make a good breakfast tomorrow too aye.

that looks like it's going your way and throw some on for ya. Of course it is all over the place here.

I can finally see them again now that all the flood water has gone down,, just in time for the rain to start up for two more days again.

Now you know why I had to get out and fire one up real quick as it may be another week before I get a chance to again aye
