As I have said before, I am 35 miles North of Mexico and 25 miles South of Tucson on Hiway 19.
We are a community of around 30,000 in the winter and 20,000 in the summer.
We have 9 1/2 months of great weather. 2 1/2 mos of Hot weather. Today is the start of monsoon season with a seasonal rain of up to 6". Our humidity goes from 5% up to about 35%
during monsoon time. It will usually rain for 1o mins to no more than 1 hr per day.
We have 1 1/2 seasons winter, summer and a week or two of spring. There is a brand new town Sahaurita bordering our N & East. It allows children, has a new High School, new homes and a lake (Pond).
In Green Valley, 1 owner must be 50 and children under 18 can visit up to 2 weeks.
We have no crime to speak of, 1 homicide several year5s ago a crazy son (schizoid) stab his father. We have very few minorities, no graffitti, no ghetto blasters, no lowriders or lowlifes.
Home prices are a small condo, 1b/1bath, 1 story attached in the $60's. The average is in the $140's.
If you want 4 seasons you will have to go north towards Prescott, where Ruger has a factory,
or alot of Liberals in Flagstaff. If money is no object then Sedona is the spot.
