1908 Colt

My dad brought one back from Europe in 1946.
Near new condition.
32 ACP
Pilots carried them because they were
smaller and lighter than the 1911 45

I thought that that the 1903 was the .32 and the 1908 was .380. Still a cool old gun.

You could be right.
Colt says the 1903 was mfg in 32 auto from
1903-1945.
Might be why my dads looks so new.
Some day I'll check the serial number.
He has it in a safe box, kind of proud of it.
