It has to be a bit cramped in the gunsafe. Each got a good cleaning and it gave me a chance to record the serial numbers. Not sure if I need them for insurance purposes, but I have them in either case.

I agree photo record

Try to photo each piece seperately & photo showing serial #. Your home owner/renter insurance policy should have a content clause that covers that. I'm in the cataloging thing with a number of my knives also. If u collect them u will definitely see the value increases that make you smile while ur doing that..

Ruger is a KP89DC. I bought it new back in '94. I really like that pistol. The decocker is a nice option. That International model Ruger 10/22 is kinda rare. You're the first person that has ever told me they have one, too. I bought it at Wal-Mart. Think it was less than $200. I wonder how many were made, hmmm...

It seems that

you are a 7.62 kind of person, nice collection. I think I will take some advice as to what the others are telling you about documenting for insurance purposes.

More multiple AKs?

So this is two guys who can outfit almost two squads with AKs.
