A local man from Williston, North Dakota was arrested on Friday for shooting a toilet. There was not anything fancy about the toilet. However this was not at a shooting range. It was in a restaurant, in the men's restroom.
The Williston Police Department responded to a call from Whispers restaurant after 8pm. The caller notified the police that there was a man in the men's bathroom with a handgun.
Ellie C Ross, 20, was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct, resisting arrest and unlawful consumption of alcohol.
Ross' friend, Jason D. Pietrazk, 21, was arrested on charges of vandalism and discharging a firearm with city limits.
Pietrazk fired his bullets from a .45-caliber handgun into the urinal.
The estimated cost of damage was $500. The estimated cost from the courts? Not yet knows. The estimated cost of being on the news for shooting a toilet? Priceless.
Was he being reckless and stupid? Maybe there should by a law coming down to the fact that drunk people should not carry guns.

Those things are dangerous.
When I was bartending, for some reason people thought it cute to through coins into the urinals. Well I wasn't working and had a pocketful of change, so I ran it under the faucet got it real wet then plunked it om the bar and ordered a beer. The day time bartender like to shit, was screaming for me to get it off of his clean bar. well I started flicking the water at him then scooped up all the change and put it in his tip jar before I told him.
