Is it not interesting also, that one of the SCOTUS conservatives announced that they will hear arguments in the case filed by Leo Donofrio?

The conspiracy theory surrounding possible false documentation pales by comparison, in importance. It probably will never be proven or disproven.
BUT a point of critical law should and must be settled.
I would like to think that new evidence will demonstrate that Obama cannot be considered a "natural born citizen", and therefore must be disqualified.

this whole case is very disturbing to ryo. but it worse for ryo than for all of you because you all seem to understand and ryo not understand. wish this sort of thing were easier for ryo to understand but it not. can the 3 of you help ryo to understand this little bit better please ka the whole idea of electing a man not qualify for the office is very frightening idea, but it seem like it will never work. this President is just too powerful. ryo just not understand. please help.

This dude Obozo, presented a certificate of live birth from Hawaii as proof of citizenship to the Federal Government as required by law for election. Someone OK'd this worthless certificate. If Obozo not born in Hawaii as stated then he is not a natural born citizen of the US, thus ineligble for the job of POTUS.
So he would have to be removed from office, kicking and screaming I suppose. Election would be nullified and from there on out it gets real fuzzy.

the election of the vice president would still be valid. upon removal from office of President Obama, the Vice President would automatically become President. this is not politic, not this part. this is the succession of powers amendment. Vice President Biden would automatically become President.

tooth and nail. The election would then become fraud, if Obozo fraudently produced false documentation. The courts and attorneies will love this. Obozo has already spent $950,000 of campaign funds trying to have this squelched.

There are some complex issues that the Supreme court must address and settle. First, because previous courts did not settle a legal definition of the term "natural born citizen", this court must do so. Once having done this, there are questions to be answered.
For example [only a few]: is a person who was born on US soil, to TWO NON-citizen parents, a natural born citizen?
is a person born on foreign soil to TWO US citizen parents,
a natural born citizen?
is a person born to ONE US citizen and ONE non-citizen, regardless of whether the birth occured on US soil or foreign soil, a natural born citizen. Does it matter whether the US citizen is the father or the mother??
We all should remember that there is a difference between being a "citizen" and being a "natural born citizen". The SCOTUS must clarify this difference, because eligibility for POTUS requires the latter.

and if we want to appear credible to people everywhere, we have to get off of the phony birth certificate issue. That is a conspiracy theory which probably will never be proven. It just wastes time and energy, and lets the Libs call us names.

The real, credible way to go is to support the legal analysis/test, by SCOTUS. We should thank the Almighty that they will hear arguments and evidence.

Just remember that ryo have had civics in high school. ryo may sound like am younger, but ryo is not a little child. am 16. however, this does make the case more clear. it just maybe that the case itself is really complicate and so it not just ryo, but it also the complexity of what the Supreme Court must decide, if it ever come to that, but somehow ryo get the feeling it never will. somehow ryo have feeling this will never come before the High Court. ryo is even of the belief that this president will be reelected, and well so we're stuck with it no matter what. ryo know it just not seem right, but well, suppose the High Court DOES accept the certificate from Hawaii and says it's enough? Or suppose they refuse to hear the case and so it doesnt get decided at all? ryo have a bad feeling about this case. call it instinct or call it judicial cowardice, but ryo just have a bad feeling...

If the SCOTUS review does not reject Obama's qualification for POTUS, that would mean he meets the then-settled definition of "natural born citizen". If that is true, then Mr. Barrak H. Obama, alias Barry Soetoro, DEFRAUDED the U. S. Government, by accepting Fulbright funds, since he registered as a foreign student [Indonesia].
