Ive been pricing 1903's for awile, my brother wants one.. It was his first rifle, and he wound up having to sell it for car repairs when he was a young recruit. best price ive seen so far is around 150 bucks for one in poor/avg condition, yours appears to be in much better shape, so either a money maker or a good buy.. Load up on 30.06. Shotgun news has real good buys on slings if your gona go for the original look.

exactly how i bought it.the chamber and bore are spotless.everything is tight.the only bad thing is they drilled the barrel for that site.so i will just plug the holes and it will be covered by the top wood anyway.its too bad they cut up the stock that is on it,it is really a nice piece of wood.havent shot it yet.i want it original when i do.
