love the old original style nothing wrong with it bud.
That is why I bought it, funny story, though. The kid's and I went to the local gun store for .22 rounds for their sig and I saw it and I just had to have it (gun porn)....anywho, the oldest boy and his younger bro was looking at all of the "modified" stuff, Attachments for the "kitchen sink" and all, but dad won't have it.
Long story short, they like to shoot it..lol
Don't know if you saw his new 20 heavy bbl.. he was saying he wants to get the old style forstock you have...Old grease is gona like this rifle..
i like and mine comes close except for the carry handle is removable and the different handguard and i went with the heavy barrel
Very nice grease, the removable handle sounds cool, Heavy barrel? Chambered in .223? Just a thicker barrel, hotter loads?
I do not know as much about this stuff as most, but am interested in learning.
like I said earlier, I love the old stuff, even though it is new old stuff, matters not to me.
I don't believe that I have seen it, I will look, for sure.
Can ya stick for a couple of min...just found a target i wana post for ya...
does it have the forward assist? or is it older?
Yep, it has the forward assist, someone once said "if it won't feed by itself, why on earth would you want to force it?" I find wisdom in that statement....LOL!
originals...just like the mustangs...the new ones are great, faster, sleeker, run better etc...but nothing like the originals and given the choice between one of the originals in great shape versus a new one I believe most would choose the older version....
that, is the way I like my 16's
