My neighbors (see above) the two cute, young, lesbians next door, asked me what I would like for my birthday.
I was quite surprised, when they gave me a Timex! It was very nice of them, but I'm pretty sure that
they must have misunderstood me, when I said:
"I wanna watch!"
my neighbors in Texas were lesbos, they hated me,i was thier unofficial alarm clock at 5;00a.m. when i left for work on my Harley, good looking waste of poontang tho.
Wow, look at those abs... I don't remember what it is like having a woman with nice abs... Getting married and having kids is tough on the things we wnat to look at....
Sorta sad actually as women (on the average obviously) are geared to accept a male having (gaining) more weight.. They just published a study on this last week, and women are (again on a statistical average) not as negative re: weight gain of partner as we men are..
Bottom line it makes it real F'n hard for you younger guys.. Sad really as you're in a losing position one way or the other.. Women gain a bunch of weight during pregnancy, or just the normal marriage..
Anyone who doesn't think a gal has more of a motive to be a "hard belly" before marriage is out to lunch.. and as "they" don't have a problem (again as a group) its sorta hard for them to understand why we do.. multiply that by a factor of 10 when thier having our kids, and sheesh is it a problem that makes you look like a pig.. Lets face it, we can do that pretty easy to start with...
Good luck buddy..
Kids are tough on them, but so is staying at home all day and not getting out to do anything unless they are dragged kicking and screaming... I may not be the 255 pound soldier I used to be, but I am still in good shape, I think we all have an obligation to stay in shape for our mates... Otherwise it is false advertisement when you sign up for one thing and end up with something far different than you expected.
Just my humble honest opinion...
I'm really lucky in that regard. My wife has almost the same figure now that she had when we were married. Well, maybe a little more - she was too thin when we married - 5 feet tall and about 98 pounds. She got her figure back very quickly after both kids, too.
Wish I could say the same - I have too much belly now, and at my age & level of arthritis it's proving hard to get it off. Oh well.
98 pounds! You are lucky!
Get an elliptical and it will be a good way to lose weight and not kill the arthritis... I got mine from this company www.amicusfitness.com that I was referred to by a friend as well. I got a lifetime warranty on the thing so I will not have to buy another one! I bought the Body-Solid as I was on a budget at the time, but the sportsart is what my friend has and it is way nicer...
It's never too late to get into shape!
What's an elliptical? I'm kind of a dumbass on workout equipment.
Ellipticals are machines that have no joint impact so for us airborne guys with bad knees it makes working out much less painfull!
Here is a link to the one I have: http://amicusfitness.com/details.asp?c_id=1&c_name=Cardio%20Equipment&sc...
We get a deal on them through my buddy's job so use discount code: Amicus25EMP and they will give you 25% off!
Thanks a lot. I just went onto their website, and bookmarked it so as to save it. I'll go onto their website tomorrow and read about all of their equipment.
For now, I need to get to bed. Man, do I ever need some beauty sleep!
sleep well! I need to sleep too, but it won't work for me at all some nights....
I'm havin one of those nights as well TL, tried to sleep for 2 hours gave up and got onto gunslot.
Interesting name oozerat!
I cannot really remember the last good night of sleep I have gotten.... Good luck with your sleeping!
and a treadmill, don't want to walk downstairs and check the brand names out but they are good quality, the eliptical burns more calories per minute than the treadmill and does not have any impact on the joints.I like the eliptical, the BH likes the treadmill.
My wife like the treadmill more too... Makes no sense to me, I cannot stand those things! I use the elliptical when we watch movies so I am not bored to death while using the thing... 30-45 minutes with your heartrate at 150-180 keeps your motor running strong!
