I have been looking at the Taurus 940 or the 24/7 OSS in .40 cal fro the wife and me. They are running around $600 maybe a little cheaper.

Thanks for the recipe, it was fantastic eatin'. I made 1 minor change at my wifes insistence I eliminated the CocaCola and added 3 ounces of Brandy. Wow boraccho chicken magnifico. This is a keeper and will be forever known as greaspaws sticky chicken!
Sweet Baby Ray's is a BBQ Sauce, at fine food stores everywhere. Costco carries it also. I have been using it for years. bad byron's Butt Rub too. I order it direct and bought a Gallon Jug of it last time. For dry rub on ribs, chicken, pork tenderloins even momma occasionally. Butt rub found at:
My father-in-law brought me back some 'Viper Venom' from AZ several years ago--never found it again. I tried 'Kick Ass Salsa' and thought it was wimpy in the extreme and now use 'Dave's Insanity Sauce' which gets my head to sweating pretty easily. I make 'Michael Burgers' with it, but some of the family can't handle it and need Training Burgers. At first I was offended, but I now figure if you make it so hot that your guests are uncomfortable, what's the point? If you can't handle Training Burgers I figrure you are a lost cause and suggest some processed mystery meat hot dogs. Blech!

They are 10 miles south of me. They grow their own chiles and always fresh stuff. Spices and sauces. Great stuff you sound like an afficiando of heat, skivvy scorchen time.
I could spend a whole paycheck there. My Spousal Unit nakes a great chipotle sauce for crab cakes--hard to find in the great white north up here under Canada's mid-drift. I'll give them a try. My UPS guy loves me anyway, 'cept he delivered 5000 rounds to me today saying, "I'm too old for this shit."

Did it last night. Marinated chicken breast tenders for about five hours prior. Of course, I don't know what a 'splash' means so I just emptied the lemon juice bottle. And I didn't understand how much white vinegar to put in, so I just emptied that bottle, too, so the concoction covered the chicken in the pan entirely. I love garlic, so I stuck a ton of that in, too. I didn't have any Sweet Baby Ray's, so I used what was left in the fridge and opened a new jar of 'Cajun Blast' my Spousal Unit won as a door prize to a Beast Feast she attended (buffaloo, etc.). It's a really thick sauce. I used some Irish whiskey in place of the coke, with an extra ounce for myself. Then I followed the directions.
Fantastic! Absolutely the best way to fix BBQ chicken I have ever tried.

I marinated( for 30 min.) the chicken in garlic and onion powder (about a T spoon of each) with a splash of lemon juice(1/4 cup) and white vinegar(1/4 cup).then it is grilled till almost done(skinless-remove skin)all the parts are rolled in a bowl of Sweet Baby Rays Brand BBQ sauce and asian sweet hot sauce (the kind with the rooster on the bottle)with fresh minced onion and garlic with some brown sugar(1/4 cup) and Coca Cola(1/4 cup),then back on the grill.after the sauce begins to carmalize i roll it in the bowl of sauce again then cook it till it is dark red.pull it off the grill and eat!
Here is the recipe I use.I added the amounts of what I use but feel free to play with it.just make sure and double carmalize the meat twice.(carmalize=let the sauce cook until almost burnt but not quite)
did I forget to tell you Im a cheap shit?????? My bad. LOL
