My Life Time Fishing & Hunting License Arrived...Finally

My Life Time Fishing & Hunting License Arrived...Finally

I sent in my application for the retired military lifetime license a few weeks ago. About 2 weeks ago I got a letter from them asking me to complete the enclosed form.
It was dead-ass identical to the first form I sent in.
Also, they would not have had my address to send me the 2nd form if they had not copied it off the 1st form.

All you need to know about fishin' is to take a pole and cooler full of beer. It doesn't matter if you on the water or the shore or what other tackle you take along. The most important thing is to have a comfortable spot to kick back, enjoy nature, and throw some back.
Actually catching a fish is just gravy. :)

Whenever my fishing buddy calls me to go, he always asks, "You wanna drown some worms." lol

what I've been doing wrong all these years!
Huge pro-fishing event going on here at Beaver Lake. That's about all there is on the news.

Howzit in the Big D nowadays? We may have to miss you on the way down to S.A. but if we do we'll stop in on the way north. We'll drop in one way or tuther.
Fresh coffee always appreciated! :<))

No problem. I love me some fresh coffee myself. Dallas is Dallas. I can't complain (and no one listens if I do), but I look forward to getting away from urban sprawl one day.

Drop me a PM when you're leaving and when you think you might be able to swing by. I'll clear off my schedule with the boss (AKA, the wife). lol

Take care.

Talked to him today. Should have my colt mason Richards replica back in a couple of weeks. Said he had the new parts and everthing ready to go together but had to get.a few comp guns out the door first. I hope he does. I need more cast bullets too and want to just make one trip. Should have an order of .45 acp brass on the doorstep soon too. Getting kinda hard to find, dang it!

What caliber?
I'm hanging on to all my .45 brass like it was valuable. I manage to find most of it but when I fire at the 50yd line the grass (weeds) is thicker and uneven, I still have one missing from 3 weeks ago, I'll find that little sucker :<)

Hows this stuff look to ya?
