Mine has a 20 inch barrel, and that's fine with me. If you want smaller, many of the guns come with an 18" barrel

The round in the chamber is a 3" 00 buck, and in the tube I have buckshot and slugs alternating, or "candycane loaded" as we in the adult entertainment industry call it. Either one will make a mess out of someone, but I like the multiple projectiles of the buckshot. I figure if my buckshot misses a bad guy and he ducks behind cover, my next round is a slug. With the candycane load, you can quickly select which ammo type you want.

I like the idea of alternating rounds. I have seen some nasty rounds on ammo pages, like those lancets, like sharp nails, some that shoot fire and mace. Put a cornocopia of stuff in there and light 'em up! Whooee come on in asshole, you are mine.
I'll stick with normal factory stuff with the 'gauge'. 15 .33 pellets will work just fine

For close up & personal shooting, like within you home, which do you think is better, 00 buck or slug?
