i wear bibs so a normal belt wont work for me.a friend who works with leather built this for me.i can change the holster so i can carry a different gun and the belt is adjustable for size in case of wearing thicker clothing.the buckle and d rings are solid brass.
sight with that rig on. The answer to your question is "not exactly", probably because it does not look like the holster is cinched down. If you look at one of my posted pics, you will see a shoulder holster with an SA Ruger Vaquero in it. It is firmly cinched and I can draw it quite fast.
Your rig design is really clever, though, because you can change holsters easily. Is there a way to cinch the holster down firmly??

Why don't you have them made and sell them? I think it is a great idea.
I do see a design flaw, that BIG BRASS BUCKLE, at least for us here in Arizona. That would be seared onto our bodies out in this infernal sun...
You never pick up tools down here, I have 3/4 sears Craftman burned onto my palm.
I was just saying I like your house. I grew up mostly in a trailer. Except 2 years in grandpa and grandma's house. Oh well did mean anything by it just being nice.

even though it is not cinched down,i have been practicing quickdraw, which seems to work ok without holster or belt interference.
