it's a rb precision (1st gen

the stock is a bit heavy but back then the only thing avail. in canada that made a basic 10-22 become somewhat a badass

now there is some krinker plinker and some tommygun lookalike kits avail here but im broke!

I got the stevens from a girl at work, her dad passed away in 1979, it was wrapped in newspaper since...

got it for 250$

I thinl the black book of guns says worth anywhere from 450 to 1500$ if I remember correctly

your not on now but expect you'll check this down the road, im with ya on the slings, the right sling makes the piece perfect.. Love them all, you did a good job of covering the spectrum, and i would have a hard time deciding which one to pick up first.. justa great collection.

I have no handguns, the liberals ruled for too long up here in canada... basically takes a year to get the propper license and then you have to get another license that allows you to drive from point A to point B

A being your home and B the range. any detour is a felony...

I've been tempted to drive down to a gun show where private sales are legal, buy a small 22 HG just for plinking when i'm up north on my hunting land... but it's the crossing the border back to Canada that makes it touchy... and I would not want to lose whatever right i still have...
