ya,its my favorite place to hunt squirl and quail.did pretty good last turkey season too,but others have discovered it,so I'm doing my best to get closer to their flydown areas, and find new ambush spots, the birds have changed their pattern a little bit,and stick more to property i can't hunt, and near houses.thought i was gina bag one today, but he wouldn't come in.still think i have a good chance at get in one there but i got a couple other spots too, just not as familiar with those birds.

place but they do move around. Had a heck of a lot of acorns last fall, expected to see some turks but maybe I looked the wrong way :<) Plenty of deer though.
Never seen so many squirrels, some of the tree-rats don't even try to run when I approach them so I walk way around. They can be vicious little buggers.
Wifey does not want me to shoot them, she turns green at the thought of eating them.
Time to get back to work!
