Right after taking the picture, The string slipped from my fingers and dry fired, and hit my wrist and left a pretty good welt.

I used to shoot in the backyard. but I havent adjusted the draw length since I was twelve, and the peep sight broke for some reason, the rubber got all crusty and broke.
I have a Bear 'Charge' and I love it. Dry firing a bow is a no no, just like rim fire pistols........
mine is an oddysey(or however the hell you say that). I know dry firing is bad. As soon as it slipped I was like, shit! I hope I didnt just break my bow! lol
