Neat BBQ

Neat BBQ

Small block Chevy, gas fired BBQ. Temp gauge is on Manifold. Good job whoever built it. Great to celebrate another season of NASCAR!

The only way for steak

Twenty seconds on each side bloody and cool in the center. That way you can use the blood for gravy with your mashed taters.

Medium Rare it is

but no fat. Filet Mignon only. But be careful in the Midwest or some place like Ruth Chris's Steak house. When they cook at thousands of degrees the naming system is different. Med rare = Medium in places like that. I am forever grateful to a watress near Great Lakes, Illinois, for pointing this put to me ahead of time.

That bow must look great on a huge steak!

It's 106 miles to Chicago, we got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark, and we're wearing sunglasses

The average American

has twenty pounds of undigested red meat in ther intestines. I'll stick with chicken and fish.
