22-250, A buddy of mine, when I lived in Colorado, had a 22-250. If I remember, It could push a 55 gr. bullet @ 3,000 FPS. Depending on Powder & bullet shape.
A good sand bag rest, shooting bench, and a desire for "Undesireables" (ie.)(Perriedogs) could be expired @ 7, 8 hundred yards. (Hence, Reach out and Touch someone). : )
