SamD I am sick of spanish

I am having trouble with the whole spanish speaking deal. I speak english. When I am at work many use spanish and struggle with english. But evidently I need to learn spanish. bullshit......when should I take time to learn spanish? Why should I got back to school for spanish training? But this is where we are going, learn spanish to compete in the work environment.
My question to you is
"Can a culture survive when language becomes a division"?
Been to Canada? Does not work there. The french seem to hate the english....
