and the prospect of free this and that to someone who does not have the energy to make do for himself is tempting. It's a downward spiral that will kill productivity and incentive so that ultimately those left working will say, "We pretend to work and they pretend to pay us." Didn't work for the USSR and it won't work here. The only mildly successful socialist countries are small with a relatively homogeneous population or extensive natural resources. (Finland, Sweden) France is a disaster and Great Britain is just sad. Our population of 'Gimme! Gimme! Gimme!" people is way too high.

the following are probably taxes that will be coming our way:

Tax on sugar
Tax on "snack" foods (see the current british example)
Even MORE taxes on smokes (going up a buck a pack in NC thanks to the libs)
Even MORE taxes on alcohol (again going up in NC thanks to the libtard gov now in power)
$100.00 or more for a box ammo (apparently the libs figured out a way to disarm us without violating the second amendment)
executive orders to melt down all stockpiled brass (again... disarm the ones who would actually fight a socialist regime)
Tax the insurance companies out of business (lets take over healthcare so we can drug the masses, install tracking chips, and brainwash us all into submission so they can hand us over to china or the USSR)

they gotta pay for this 'stimulus' somehow.

....wasnt obubuu supposed to LOWER taxes and reign in FEDREAL spending?
