It is apparent to all but the most naive, that Hamas [a stateless terrorist entity, sometimes referred to as a "political party"] is being supplied and encouraged to fight a proxy war on behalf of the Iranian psychotics, Khomeine and Ahmedinejad; they would be overjoyed to see the "ruthless" Israelis decimate the Gaza PA territory, and use that as an excuse to attack Israel on the international "stage", and attempt to force bloodless international sanctions on Israel.
IMO, there is only one Israeli option. Since Israel has already been deemed a pariah by much of the rest of the world: Israel should not waste time on taking out Hamas leadership, or attempting to invade Gaza to stop the rocket attacks. Israel should tell the Iranian psychotics, PUBLICLY, if the rocket attacks do not cease, and Iranian Fajar missiles continue to impact on Israeli soil, Iran will begin to lose major installations, infrastructure, towns and cities [as provided for in the law of talion]......more specifically to the extreme,.....if Tel Aviv and Jerusalem are damaged, Teheran will be forfeit. Then, Israel MUST demonstrate that this is NOT a bluff.
