Yes, Limbaugh was talking about the same thing about 2 weeks ago on his radio show. (But with this massive of a spill, it will take a lot more time to correct its self) This is probly as close to remembering what Rush said.
I believe He called the ECO System, ?? The water contains "STUFF" enzymes, or little critters that desolve the oil???? or nutrualize it, but it is natures way of fixing shit that people do.
