Got a couple of others i did NOT take a picture of.. i like these cause there all done with wood in the shape of the state.. top two are Sgt. stuff, bottom right is my first back when i was an officer.. got couple others of those (suckers are square) the bottom left had a small plaque that fell off years ago... its a shooting award..
the one on the top left is a tear jerker.. If this opens like the pistol ones by clicking twice you can read it..and hope ya can.. prized possesion given to me by my troops when we moved to Phoenix to take care of Mom in the last years of her life, and i ended my time with the women inmates.

That was my favorite shift.. the one that got me the old 8....joke about our call sign.. Sgt (i was on the Lt list but not promoted then) was 08...so my troops called me old 8... ok might get one more on while im awake..then no more live'n in the past..

I didn't realize you were a CO! Thats what I do. Been at it for almost 14 years in the Peoples Republic of Maryland. I agree that being a Sgt is where its at!

Yeah this is pushing the envelope, but Matt whos also a Corrections Officer and i had a conversation about this, and when i posted the Harley..(way happy it's not thanksgiving) this showed at the top, so felt heck with it.. Promise thats all the bragging for ...make it 3 months.. The stuff on the shift is for real.. Think we've all had great working conditions, that was my best time with the Dept.. and a great group.
