ACORN: Obama's "Crass Roots" Lou Dobbs Tonight -- CNN -- September 14
Lou Dobbs: New developments now -- the Senate has passed a measure tonight cutting off some federal funding to the left wing activist and advocacy group ACORN. That vote, 83-7, on an amendment that has been offered by Senator Mike Johanns, a Republican from Nebraska. The amendment now blocks ACORN from receiving millions of federal tax dollars through the transportation and housing legislation. It could, however, still receive money from other federal sources. The funding amendment comes as new accusations against ACORN continue to surface. ACORN staffers and a third office have been caught on tape apparently giving advice to a pair of undercover filmmakers who were posing as a pimp and a prostitute.

for what asking a question and getting there answer. This wasnt coerced. Do they think they would have given honest answers if they knew they were on tape. Our legal system is to protect the guilty.

the filmmaker said he was ready to do time if need be,but that would be a real problem should anyone actually try to put him up on charges.There was no entrapment on the videos that i saw,of course i am not a lawyer,just have common sense.

It is the only protection that we the people have...
Nothing in the U.S. Constitution or in any Supreme Court decision requires jurors to take an
oath to follow the law as the judge explains it or, for that matter, authorizes the judge to
"instruct" the jury at all. Judges provide their interpretation of the law, but you may also do
your own thinking. Keep in mind that no juror's oath is enforceable, and that you may
regard all "instructions" as advice.
