Rules for flying the flag

Learned a few things myself. I am one of about 3 that fly the flag out of 100+ homes.

He forgot an important one manu..

Good site guy, thanks, but old chip forgot that a MAJOR rule was changed two years ago that now allows all vets to salute as opposed to hand over heart..

This really bothers me, cause after they passed it, they did a poor job of getting the word out, and i can see where someones going to say something to a vet that is saluting (you do NOT have to be covered either) and it's going to be on.. The VFW, and American Legion have made an effort to get the word out, but ive never seen it anywhere else..
