I only use after market mags with steel lips. I've found that the plastic lips are prone to feeding problems, which is the main reason (along with ammo) that a 10/22 will jam.
do the 10/22 banana plastic mags not work ka should ryo only use the steel or aluminum ones ka ryo is little bit confuse. gomen nasai.
They should be made of steel. Not the whole mag... Reaper is correct. But I have succesfully used the plastic ones with very little jamming or misfeeds.
are these magazine also make in aluminum ka ryo like aluminum magazine for the DPMS Panther Mini SASS and think will like aluminum magazine for any rifle or pistol. so when say steel lips this mean where magazine feed into weapon and so is make from steel but the rest is make from some clear polymer ka
just want to clear this little bit up.
Your ichiban magomusuko,
yes, steel where it mates up as are stock 10 rnd rotary mags. Plastic with steel lips. Look at your mags.
will look at mags when pops open gun room. you know that we are not allow to keep our weapons in our rooms. pops keep all weaponry in the house lock away in special strong room in house. we have house rule that weapons are not for plaything and we are not to brag to friends or show them off unless pops is supervising. he very safety conscious about firearm as is ryo because ryo is in class at gun club taking serie of safety courses to learn to be full Range Safety Officer. ryo is very strict with self about safety too. so will not even bug pops about this, but next time he open gun room and allow us to come in, will examine little rotary magazine more carefully. ryo love little rotary magazine, except it is little bit difficult for ryo to reload. am very much interest in the reloader device you speak of before. hope you not forget to send those url sites.
