The slide failed at the guide rail. Shit Happens !
Charley, I've never seen anything like this before. See if Lone Wolf has a warranty or something on the slide. It shouldn't do this when trying to put sights in.
Charley, glad to hear you got that worked out. It's nice when companies stand behind their products. So, the question is...are you going to try and put sights on it again? :)

Goes to show, buy a Glock, replace the sights, and leave the rest alone. DOWN WITH LONE WOLF!!!! I'll shut up now.

A new slide was provided at no cost. It's off to the bluer now.
