Went to Dixie Gun Works in Union City Tn. yesterday. They had this S&W 32 CTG similar to mine. I was really suprised to see the $595 price tag. As I said before the gun is priceless to me, but its good to know it has value in the real world too.
for such an old gun. Explains the price. Is yours comparable in the % blue, and the condition of the grips?
ACE is working on mine as we speek, Just bought her some new tools to get the job done.
Think thats in nickel but could be in the white.. nah, second look nickel.. Betting thats in 44 russian or maybe 44 S&W.. Check out the holster as well. Seen Dixie on line, if this is an example i sure would like to see inside the store.. I just noticed the walnut grips sticking out below it.. check the lanyard... woo hoo..im get'n a woodie..
If you ever get to Union City (It would be worth a pretty good drive) stop by Dixie. It is a store that cater's to reinactments & also a gun museum. All their guns are in pristine condition.
