Wonder how much money that garish motherfucker is worth? Engraving isn't at all my thing, but it does add to the value of a gun, if the gun is in near 100% condition. I've known people who get off on it, but I've never understood it.
This engraving is ugly to me. I've seen some beautiful stuff, and appreciate the time it takes and the eye it takes, but, again nothing I have will ever have engraving.
Why waste that much time on that Micky Mouse
toy. Hell do a model 29 or something so it can
One of the girls gave it to me, I didnt have the heart to tell her im NOT into ingraved guns.. guess its an "aquired" taste. The book is pretty cool, Tiffany of all people, the jewlry people.. compiled by an English dude, and full of a lot of really old beautiful pieces, Still dont like or understand it.. to each his own..
How are you greg!
Sorry for the problems your having, things are going good here, got out to the range for a bit today after wasting about 4 hrs with our pals here.. Gloria did that "wife" thing this evening, "your not getting as much done as you did before you got on that site of yours" ..
so i bitch slaped her and made her get dinner.. which translates into "sorry honey, i wont spend as much time on there tomorrow"..
what did you need to do today that wont wait untill
tomorrow? I'm taking notes on what I need to do next week
or the week after. That's what retired is. If I wanted to work
I would get a damn job.
Been there and done that, I do speak "husbandese" lol I figure they'll get over it or move out, either way I win!! Glad everything is good. Just wanted to say Howdy before I get to bed. See ya'll tomorrow!! I'm out!! good night
I like SA Revolvers. This one is double action. And also like ZX said its engraving is ugly.
I have to admire the skill it takes to engrave a gun.
They are not for me because I would be out
shooting the damn thing. If it's not shootable
I don't need it.
The only engraving on my guns is from the MFG S/N etc, not my thing either.
