Ate at a little place called Wisdoms in Tubac last night, been there since 1944. Great authentic Mexican food. They serve their margaritas in jars. I had bacon wrapped camarones with fresh salsa and homemade flour tortillas and great rice. They make Fruit Chimichangas for dessert. Peach, Apple and Blueberry with ice cream. Es muy fina.

in Leon Guanajuato Mexico, where my father has his ranch, there is a hang out in a beautiful garden park where they sell a torta with fresh pork rinds and a heavy pico de gallo sauce that will strip paint. it is fantastic. No where else but this place makes them.
What state and what is it close to? I want to go tomorrow to try this.
