My target stand pics

Here is a cheap, easy target stand you can make. Items needed are:

10 ft long 1x2" Trim (Less than two bucks at Lowe's)
8 ft long 2x4" Stud (About the same price)
2 ft section of 1 1/2" PVC pipe
2 1 1/2" Pipe Straps
10 #10 x 2 1/2" Deck Screws

Cut the 2x4 into four equal-ish lengths, secure two on top of each other, the other two to the ends to make an "H". Then cut the pvc pip into two sections, although I actually cut them into three 8" sections so I have an extra piece in case one gets shot up. The width of your target determines how far apart you secure the two sections of pipe with the remaining four screws and thre pipe straps. I don't use measurements when building these, I just eyeball it. My maternal Grandfather was a carpenter all his life, so I know he's rolling over in his grave at that thought, but what the hell. Completed picture will follow.

"I have always been a soldier. I have known no other life. The calling of arms, I have followed from boyhood. I have never sought another." From The Virtues of War, by Steven Pressfield.
