Taurus PT1911

This gentleman reworked his PT1911.
I blew the pic up and can find NO evidence of photoshop. He didn't say what he had done to it.
The other side says "Retribution" in script lettering. The pic of it didn't save. Anyway this was on the Pennsylvania Firearms Group Blog.

Wow, that's gaudy, but kinda cool

I prefer the skateboard tape-type grip panels, though. I may eventually get a 1911, just don't know when or which one. Between my truck, my rifle, and my tattoos, my play around money is pretty well spoken for.

Those are the ones I like

I had a platoon leader who was going to sell me a single stack STI with those grip panels. I just couldn't justify the expense of a gun right before a deployment.
