Love me some pork, but never had a roasted pig before.. Fill us in on the basting thing.. and one last question.. Who gets the head.. I've heard others talk about how the "snout" is good but guess ive had that in the league with sushi or something.. Talk to us brother..
our pig this year is 125pds. i got it on a slow roll for seven hours. it will come off and kool..then we slice her up ..pulled pork ans ribs...never really done much with the head but recycle it....feed it back to the pigs...gotta bast...for moistness...i got 5 guys drinkin beer in da yard, they all be napping by 6 and i'll be on my own
