OFF Topic but funny

OFF Topic but funny

A tugboat missed his turn and went aground on the beach this morning near my house, followed closely by its barge full of crushed cars. That tug was damn lucky the barge came alongside instead of astern.

The Tug and barge refloated at high tide and the tug wound up in Tacoma, south of here. We may find out more later. Naturally, there will be a Coast Guard "investigation." Hell of a way to wake up at 5:30 am with a tugboat's klieg lights shining in your bedroom window. Good pic, though.

it's a couple miles wide, about 12 miles long. This happened on the East (Seattle) side, which faces the shipping lanes. All I have to worry about is stray golf balls, coyotes, and snotty kids.
