In Germany where they have the Autobahn and the roads are famous, they spend over 900,000 dollars per mile to maintain them. In the USA we spend 400,000 per mile but I have yet to drive on a road that looks like it is worth 400,000. And because of Kali spending like they stole it, there is no budget for our roads.
