A .410/.45 Colt

I think I remember this thing from a couple of decades back. Shot a 2 1/2" .410 or .45 Colt. I can't remember either the maker or the model name. I saw them in the Shotgun News and Gun List, but I never saw one in a gun shop or a gun show. They weren't around but a couple of years. I don't know if it was a quality problem or if the maker had financial problems. I'll email all my gun guy friends and try to find out more. I can't read what it says on either the barrel or topstrap. If anyone else can, please tell us what it says.
