All of these are legal in the state of Kentucky. This weekend was the Knob Creek Machine gun shoot. Hope to go and see it in April next year. This year the April show was cancelled because the range was under water, and I had money to go and see it. :(

Dealers and manufacturers of machine guns in Kansas increased by 29
percent since a law took effect in July, but the weapons' high price
and the low demand mean licensed local businesses don't plan on
stocking the guns.

upressors are only legal for Class 2 or 3 FFL holders in KS. Regular citizens can't own supressors, even with NFA tax stamp in KS.

Citizens can't own a machinegun at all, anywhere, if it's made after May 86 unless they are class 3 dealers with LE/gov't letterhead saying they want to test or buy one.

Feb 28th, 2009 the state of Kansas made it legal to purchase automatic weapons and suppressors so that Law Enforcement agencies could legally order them. As the laws stood prior to the new ruling, it made it impossible for gun dealers to order and import weapons & suppressors
